Our second egg hub in Waverly, Kansas, offers the same high-quality, lab-tested eggs as our Michigan location, lab tested to have the same improved fatty acid profile. That’s possible because our feed mill right in Waverly produces our custom Low PUFA, corn- and soy-free feed and delivers it directly to our local farm partners who raise hens on mobile pasture-based systems.

In fact, many of the feed ingredients are grown by regenerative row crop farmers in the same town: a true local food system.

Rather than building a single large-scale “egg factory,” we’re committed to growing slowly and intentionally by adding more small regenerative farms to our network. This approach keeps our quality high and our practices sustainable.
