Our full lineup of heritage wheat sourdough products is made by our wonderful baker, Kristin, in Kansas. Her bakery sits right next to the very fields where the heritage wheat is grown, as well as the mill where the grain is traditionally stone-milled. This close connection keeps the flour incredibly fresh and helps ensure the baked goods are as nutrient-dense, flavorful, and authentic as possible. These sourdough items ship from our Kansas hub in their own box, while the other items ship from our Michigan hub and can still be added to your cart as usual. With the Build Your Own Sourdough Box, you can customize your box based on your preferences and choose from all of our fun, healthy, clean, and nourishing sourdough options.
