Inspired by centuries-old techniques, our charcuterie is naturally preserved without high heat or modern shortcuts, allowing deep, authentic flavors to develop as intended. We reject artificial additives and questionable curing agents, instead using time-tested methods with minimal, high-quality ingredients, preserving both the integrity of the meat and your health.
Since “you are what your food eats,” livestock are raised on diets that are low in polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs), phytoestrogens, and pesticides. This ensures meat with a natural fatty acid balance higher in saturated fats, free from endocrine-disrupting compounds, and produced with regenerative, chemical-free practices.
For the pork products, hogs are fed a custom-made, low-PUFA diet free from corn, soy, and other high-PUFA ingredients. The result is pork with more health-supporting stearic acid and significantly less PUFA, just like how pork used to be! For sliced beef, just like all of our other beef products, the cattle are 100% grass-fed and rotationally grazed! The same quality products in our Nourish line, just prepared using clean methods for healthy convenient food.
