1. Private Member Association
Nourish Food Club LLC (“NFC”) is a Michigan Limited Liability Company operating as a Private Member Association (PMA). The PMA includes a select group of members seeking private access to high-quality food and cosmetics offered by NFC.
By using this site, placing an order, or participating in NFC offerings, you confirm that you are a member of our PMA and agree to the terms outlined in the Private Member Association Agreement Form.
2. Refund Policy

3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders Monday through Friday each week. Orders placed by Sunday at midnight are processed and shipped the following week. All packages are shipped via FedEx, using 1- or 2-day shipping. For longer-distance shipments, we upgrade to 2-day Express to ensure safe transit of perishable items.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All content on this website—including product descriptions, health information, educational content about metabolism and PUFAs, and branding such as our LowPs™ trademark—is the intellectual property of NFC and may not be reproduced, reused, or republished without express written permission.
You may not:
- Resell our products.
- Repurpose or copy any content from this site for your own use.
- Use our LowPs™ mark or any proprietary material for commercial or educational use without permission.
We have invested hundreds of hours in the content provided here. Please respect our work.
5. Product Availability
All products are available in limited quantities and may be subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
6. Subscriptions
We offer recurring subscriptions for certain products. Subscriptions can be modified or canceled at any time by the user. However, cancellations must be made by Sunday afternoon the week prior to your order’s scheduled shipment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or products. All products are offered as part of a private agreement between consenting members of the PMA.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
