We offer free shipping for orders over $175 (light blue states in the map above) and $250 (dark blue states), since larger orders help us offset the high cost of shipping perishable food. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii since the FedEx shipping rates to get perishable food there safely are very high.

Please note: Eggs, Broth, Pantry Items, and Flour Boxes ship separately and are not included in the free-shipping order total because each requires its own dedicated packaging and shipping method.

But the truth is: when it comes to shipping perishable food, there is no such thing as truly “free” shipping. We do factor a portion of these costs into our product pricing, which is why our prices may appear higher than grocery store prices.

The convenience of home delivery comes with real costs, and the shipping fee you see reflects only a part of what it takes to get your order to your doorstep safely.

Yes, we typically use dry ice for most orders to keep your food safely frozen during transit. However, the amount and use of dry ice depends on two main factors: shipping distance and current weather conditions.

For nearby states with 1-day shipping, especially during cooler seasons, we may use ice packs instead of dry ice to maintain the proper temperature.

For longer distances or warmer weather, we almost always include a generous amount of dry ice, and we upgrade your shipping to 2-Day Express when necessary to ensure your order arrives safely.

No matter the distance or weather, we take shipping seriously. Every order is packed with care to make sure your food arrives in excellent condition, because quality doesn’t stop at checkout.

We’ve been shipping eggs to our regular subscribers for over three years, and we’ve developed a specialized box design to deliver them safely to your door. Because eggs are fragile, we must ship them separately from the rest of your order in their own box to minimize the risk of damage.

Our eggs are shipped to our food club members with the natural bloom intact just as Mother Nature intended, a practice still common in most countries outside the U.S. Before a hen lays an egg, her body creates a natural bloom, a protective coating that seals the shell’s pores and keeps bacteria out.

In the U.S., store-bought eggs are typically washed with harsh chemicals like chlorine and coated with mineral oils, stripping away this natural defense. Plus, those eggs can be months old by the time they reach grocery shelves. In contrast, our eggs are freshly laid within the past 7 days and retain their natural protection.

Thanks to the intact bloom, our eggs stay naturally safeguarded without needing chemical sanitization or constant refrigeration during shipping. We pack them separately in foam-cushioned cartons inside specially designed boxes, ensuring they arrive safe, fresh, and healthy at your doorstep.

Note: When summer temperatures soar, we use a specially designed, temperature-controlled box with ice to keep your eggs safe and fresh during shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

• Home Delivery: Typically arrives within 1-3 business days once shipped.

• FedEx 2Day Delivery: Should arrive within 2 business days once shipped.

• For eggs, they are shipped separately from your Nourish order. Depending on location, they take 1-4 days for delivery once order is fulfilled.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. You can expect your package to arrive in 1-3 days, however the tracking number email will help keep you updated on your package location.

Yes, there is a $50 or $90 order minimum (depending on your laction), as outlined in the graph above to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature.

Yes! We currently ship to all 50 states across the USA.

Because we stray far from the mainstream food system, you won’t find our farm-fresh products at your local grocery store. Instead, we sell exclusively online and ship directly to your door, making it easy to access real, nourishing food no matter where you live.

We ship orders Monday through Friday each week. To ensure your package arrives fresh and on time, we stagger shipments based on your distance from our shipping hub:

• Farther states (like the West Coast, Texas, and Florida) typically ship earlier in the week — between Monday and Wednesday.

• Mid-range regions (outer Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast) usually ship Wednesday or Thursday.

• Nearby states surrounding Michigan are generally shipped by Friday.

This schedule helps ensure most orders arrive by Saturday at the latest.

We always ship with FedEx Ground or Express, ensuring a maximum 2-day transit time for any perishable items.

You’ll also receive email notifications when your order is packed and shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow your box of Nourishment every step of the way.

No. Because we use dry ice for frozen items, we cannot ship canned goods, pantry items, or eggs in the same box as frozen meat.

We also operate out of two hubs (Kansas and Michigan) so certain products are fulfilled from different locations.

For these reasons, the following boxes ship separately from the rest of your order and will each have their own tracking number:

Any remaining items in your order (such as meat, cheese, etc.) will ship together in a frozen box.
