This minimum applies only to Individual Products, such as meat, dairy, cheese, bacon, jerky, dog food, and other items that are packed together in an insulated shipment.

Dedicated Boxes, such as Eggs, Bone Broth, Pantry, Flour, and Build Your Own Sourdough Boxes, can be ordered on their own and do not count toward the minimum order requirement. (Since these products ship in their own separate box, as shown above).

Yes! We offer free shipping on Individual Products at $175 or $250, depending on your location, as shown in the map above. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping due to the significantly higher cost of safely shipping perishable food.

Dedicated Boxes ship separately and do not count toward your free-shipping threshold, since their shipping and specialized packaging are already built into the price.

And while we call it “free shipping,” the truth is that shipping farm-fresh, perishable food is never actually free. Every shipment involves paying our packing team to safely package your box, FedEx fees to deliver to your door, insulated liners, protective boxes, cushioning, and ice packs and/or dry ice - all of which add up to a significant cost.

We absorb a portion of these costs ourselves and build a portion into our product pricing so we can keep your shipping cost as reasonable as possible while getting your food conveniently to your doorstep safely.

We operate on a weekly ordering cycle. Place your order by Sunday at 11:59 PM ET, and our team will pack and ship it during the following week.

Shipments generally leave our hubs Monday through Friday, with the exact day depending on your location, transit time, weather, and what you ordered. Packages traveling farther typically leave earlier in the week, while packages with shorter transit times may leave later.

Because different parts of your order may ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number on different days. You'll receive an email with tracking information for each package when it is picked up by FedEx and headed your way.

No. Because we use dry ice for frozen items, we cannot ship canned goods, pantry items, or eggs in the same box as frozen meat.

We also operate out of two hubs (Kansas and Michigan) so certain products are fulfilled from different locations.

For these reasons, the following boxes ship separately from the rest of your order and will each have their own tracking number:

Any remaining items in your order (such as meat, cheese, etc.) will ship together in a frozen box.

We select the appropriate FedEx shipping method based on your location so that perishable shipments spend no more than 2 days in transit.

You'll receive an email with a tracking number for each package when it is picked up by FedEx. From there, you can follow its estimated delivery date and progress directly through the tracking link.

Remember that if your order is arriving in multiple boxes, each package may have a different tracking number and delivery date.

There isn't one packaging method that works for the wide variety of food products available at Nourish, so we pack each shipment based on what's inside and the temperature it needs during transit.

Frozen meat and refrigerated dairy are shipped in insulated packaging using the appropriate combination of dry ice and/or ice packs, depending on the product, weather, shipping distance, and transit time.

Eggs travel in specialized protective packaging, with ice packs added during warmer weather. Build Your Own Sourdough Boxes are shipped in insulated cold packaging.

Shelf-stable products such as Bone Broth and Pantry Boxes don't require refrigerant, while Flour Boxes are packed separately to keep them dry.

It's a little more complicated than shipping a typical box of groceries, but that's exactly why we've developed specialized packaging methods for the wide variety of farm-fresh food we offer.

Yes! We currently ship directly to our Food Club Members in all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (making it easier to access real, nourishing food no matter where you live).

Because we operate outside the conventional food system, you won't find Nourish Food Club products sitting on grocery store shelves. We sell directly to our private Food Club members and ship farm-fresh food straight to your door.
