Convenience without compromise: our deli meats are made using time-honored techniques, wet-brined for moisture and flavor, then gently smoked over real hardwood for an irresistible taste. Unlike store-bought options loaded with chemicals, artificial preservatives, and fillers, we rely on minimal, high-quality ingredients and time-tested methods to preserve both the integrity of the meat and your health.
Since “you are what your food eats,” livestock are raised on diets that are low in polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs), phytoestrogens, and pesticides. This ensures meat with a natural fatty acid balance higher in saturated fats, free from endocrine-disrupting compounds, and produced with regenerative, chemical-free practices.
For the pork products, hogs are fed a custom-made, low-PUFA diet free from corn, soy, and other high-PUFA ingredients. The result is pork with more health-supporting stearic acid and significantly less PUFA, just like how pork used to be! For sliced beef, just like all of our other beef products, the cattle are 100% grass-fed and rotationally grazed! The same quality products in our Nourish line, just prepared using clean methods for healthy convenient food.
