Crunchy, tangy, and packed with bold flavor—our Sour Garlic Dill Pickles are a true classic. Made with the perfect balance of garlic, dill, and a naturally fermented brine, these whole pickles deliver a satisfying snap with every bite. Whether you enjoy them straight from the jar whole, sliced onto a sandwich, or paired with your favorite meal, these pickles offer a crisp, refreshing taste that’s both bold and delicious.

In today’s world of processed foods, many canned pickles are loaded with added gums, dyes, and preservatives. Our Raw Fermented Pickles stand in stark contrast to these, offering a delicious and refreshing taste with no junk—just simple, high-quality ingredients.

We honor the ancestral traditions of fermentation, where our ancestors preserved fresh, nutrient-rich produce to enjoy year-round. Our pickles are made using old-fashioned recipes that rely on minimal ingredients—no artificial additives—to create a tangy, probiotic-packed snack or side dish.

Each cucumber is carefully sourced from our partnership with small farms that implement permaculture and sustainable agriculture practices. This ensures the produce is grown in nutrient-rich soil, packed with vitamins, minerals, and beneficial bacteria. As a result, our pickles aren’t just tasty—they also provide health benefits, including supporting gut health with naturally occurring probiotics.

No artificial preservatives—just real, old-fashioned pickling done right.

Crafted the Old Fashioned Way With Clean Ingredients

Before refrigeration, our ancestors relied on natural preservation techniques to enjoy their harvest year-round. We continue this time-honored practice by crafting our canned goods in small batches, following time-tested, old-fashioned recipes with no shortcuts. Using only whole, real ingredients, our preserves deliver bold, natural flavors without the excessive fillers, gums or artificial thickeners found in store-bought alternatives. Each spoonful captures the vibrant taste of peak-season, chemical-free produce from our trusted network of small farms, offering pure, authentic flavor in every bite.

Nutrient-Rich and Delicious

Our jams are crafted from chemical-free fruit grown in healthy soil, following time-tested recipes passed down through generations. Each bite offers healthy carbs, fiber, potassium, vitamin C, folate, and anti-inflammatory flavonoids. Organic sugar (which has been used for thousands of years!) enhances flavor and preserves the fruit naturally. We add citrus peels or pineapple to naturally thicken, and for extra flavor and and nutrients: naringin in citrus for anti-inflammatory benefits, bromelain in pineapple for digestion and joint health, plus vitamin C and manganese for immunity, bone strength, and metabolism.

Traditional Cooking Fats

For centuries, our ancestors relied on animal fats as their primary cooking fats. These fats are rich in fat-soluble vitamins and stable saturated fats that can withstand high-heat cooking without oxidizing and forming toxic byproducts. Unlike polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs) found in vegetable oils, which are prone to oxidation and can contribute to metabolic dysfunction and cellular damage, traditional animal fats offer a safer, more reliable option for preparing nutrient-dense meals. By returning to these time-tested healthy cooking fats, you’re honoring the wisdom of past generations while nourishing your body in the most natural way possible.
