Cozy fall cooking starts here! A rotating selection of freshly harvested fall squash from our small regenerative farms.

The squash varieties will slightly change throughout the season based on what our farmers are harvesting, bringing you a rotating mix of winter squash as they become available. (Swipe for this week's offerings)

Winter squash are naturally built for storage. Unlike delicate summer produce, they can keep for weeks, and some varieties much longer, when stored properly in a cool, dark, dry place, making this an easy box to stock up on and enjoy throughout the season.

Each variety brings its own flavor, texture, and versatility to the kitchen from caramelized roasted squash and cozy soups to hearty fall salads and nourishing mains.

Delicata Squash
Tender, thin-skinned and subtly sweet with a delicious nutty flavor. The skin is edible, so there's no peeling required! Simply slice, scoop out the seeds and roast until the edges are golden and caramelized. One of our absolute favorites for an easy weeknight side.

Acorn Squash
Mild, buttery and slightly sweet with its beautiful signature ribbed shape. Roast it in halves with butter and maple syrup, cube it for hearty fall salads, or fill it with your favorite meat-and-veggie stuffing. Stuffed acorn squash is a real fall treat.

Baby Butternut Squash
All the classic sweetness and velvety texture of butternut squash in a smaller, easier-to-handle size. Roast it, blend it into creamy soups, or purée it into sauces and seasonal dishes.

Spaghetti Squash
Bake it and the flesh naturally pulls apart into tender, golden spaghetti-like strands. Toss with butter, salt and Parmesan for a simple side, or use it as a base for sauces, meat and vegetables.

Grown Differently 🌱
Our produce is grown in nutrient-rich soil by our network of small regenerative farms without synthetic pesticides or herbicides. No APEEL coatings or post-harvest synthetic treatments, just freshly harvested produce grown with a focus on soil health and regenerative farming practices.

Because we're working with real farms and seasonal harvests, the varieties and quantities in each box will change throughout the fall based on what's coming out of the fields.

The price reflects the true cost of this food: fairly paying small farmers, thoughtful packaging, and convenient FedEx delivery straight to your door.

Every box helps support a different kind of food system: one built around small farms, seasonal eating, regenerative agriculture and real food. 🌱

WOW!!

Just received my first produce box and WOW!! Everything arrived so fresh and beautiful and I live in Florida and it's HOT!!! This produce looks better than anything I've received from local CSA's as well as anything I've gotten from local farms and grocery stores! So grateful to be a part of this! THANK YOU

I just want to send you a heartfelt THANK YOU for all the food you provide. I do not take lightly how difficult it is and how much work it takes. We just received our veggie box and I'm so impressed. I gotta say I was a little worried about how it would look on arrival, and I'm thrilled to tell you everything looks fantastic! You don't know what it means to me for my family, not having to buy produce at Kroger through the summer. I have MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) and can smell the mold on organic vegetables and fruit from a foot away. So what's the alternative, buying conventional that's soaked in pesticides? It's like being forced to pick your poison. So again, thank you, thank you, for what you're doing!

🌱 Freshly Harvested, No Pesticides or Post-Harvest Sprays

Our produce is grown by small regenerative farms using traditional growing methods that avoid synthetic pesticides and toxic chemical inputs.

Unlike large grocery supply chains where produce may spend weeks in storage or transit, our produce is harvested fresh from the field, cooled overnight for optimal freshness, and shipped directly to your doorstep shortly after harvest.

We also avoid post-harvest shelf-life technologies like Apeel coatings and antimicrobial spray systems sometimes used in conventional distribution systems. Our goal is simple: real produce, grown in real soil, handled minimally, and delivered fresh in its natural state.

No driving to multiple stores. No guessing how produce was grown or handled. Just fresh seasonal produce from farms you can trust, with the convenience of modern home delivery.

☀️ Reconnect With Seasonal Eating

Our Seasonal Produce Boxes bring back the natural rhythm of eating with the seasons: something our ancestors naturally followed for generations. Eating produce in season provides more nutrients, better flavor, and is easier to digest.

Each week’s box changes throughout the growing season as different crops naturally thrive in different temperatures and conditions. Spring brings leafy greens and rhubarb, summer brings tomatoes and melons, while fall transitions into squash, potatoes, and root vegetables.

This rotating seasonal variety increases nutrient diversity, inspires creativity in the kitchen, and reconnects you with the rhythms of nature again.

Our Seasonal Produce Boxes make seasonal eating convenient by delivering freshly harvested produce directly to your doorstep throughout the growing season. Produce is carefully packed with insulated liners and ice packs for freshness during transit.

🧑‍🌾 Small Farms. Living Soil. More Nutrients

We partner with small regenerative farms in Northern Indiana that grow produce in real, nutrient-rich soil using traditional growing methods that work with nature instead of against it. By focusing on composting, crop rotation, biodiversity, and healthy soil ecosystems rather than synthetic chemical inputs, plants are able to access a broader range of nutrients naturally through living soil systems.

The result is produce that is more flavorful and naturally richer in essential micronutrients and beneficial phytochemicals: compounds associated with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and overall health-supportive benefits.

And because these farms prioritize long-term soil stewardship over short-term industrial yields, the land itself becomes healthier and more resilient with each growing season for future generations.
