For the best results, we recommend roasting your Sirloin Tip Roast in the oven at 325°F (163°C) for about 20 minutes per pound for a medium-rare to medium finish. Start by seasoning the roast generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs like rosemary or thyme. Sear it in a hot pan for a couple of minutes on each side to lock in the flavors, then transfer it to the oven. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness, aiming for 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, or 145°F (63°C) for medium. Allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to retain its juices.
