Unlike premium steaks that make up only a portion of the animal, ground beef ensures that no nutritious cut goes to waste, incorporating trimmings from all around the animal. As a result, the ground makes up about 50% of the meat and collagen from a whole cow and results in a more balanced amino acid profile compared to individual steak cuts. That ground beef is delicious. I have been in this industry for so long, and we have been ordering ground beef from several reputable companies and I have never ever had ground beef so melt in your mouth, so tender, unless it has been grain fed.
