Crispy Air-Fried Spring Rolls 🥢
These crispy, golden spring rolls are one of our absolute favorites lately. They’re a fun and flavorful way to use Nourish ground beef (or ground pork) while sneaking in a mix of veggies for extra nutrients (especially helpful for picky eaters!).
We used a combination of cabbage (cole slaw mix), mushrooms, onion, garlic, and spinach, but the beauty of this recipe is that it’s endlessly customizable. You can swap in whatever veggies you have on hand, whatever Nourish ground meat you have to use, and the organic brown or white rice spring roll papers from Tanisa make them perfectly crisp every time. Paired with a sweet-and-tangy dipping sauce, these rolls are simple, nourishing, and seriously delicious.
