Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Pizza Crust (No Gums or Fillers)
This easy gluten-free sweet potato pizza crust tastes great, has a great texture and it actually holds together without any weird gums or filler ingredients. Made with just sweet potato, ancient grain millet flour (gluten-free), an egg, and salt, it’s a simple, nourishing base for your favorite pizza toppings. Once the crust is baked, you can keep it classic or get creative. In this recipe I share three delicious topping ideas (beef and cheese, BBQ chicken, and chicken with goat cheese) but the possibilities are endless. If you’re looking for a clean-ingredient gluten-free pizza crust that’s easy to make and genuinely satisfying, this one delivers.
