- 2-3 lbs Neck Bones (Pork or Beef) (can sub Marrow or Knuckle Bones!)
- 5-8 Chicken Feet
- 1 Onion, quartered (no need to peel!)
- 2 Carrots, Chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic, smashed
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 10 Cups Water (enough to fully cover the bones and feet!)
